The reel is a vital accessory for those who hunt large fish at a certain depth. Following the trend of all our products, we have decided to manufacture a reel with a large capacity, robust and with a sensitive braking system. The reel has been modified in its 2010 version, two external rollers have been added to keep the line inside the spool and prevent it from coming out, making it impossible for tangles to form.
The base is made of 2.5mm AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, and we have eliminated the welds, reinforcing the whole assembly. The Moplem plastic spool has a density of less than 1g/cm3 to avoid excessive negative buoyancy, and the rest of the parts are made of Delrin. The reel is attached to the rifle by means of two M5 stainless steel sheet metal screws.
It has a capacity of 90 meters of 1.5mm line, and the brake system allows automatic release or fixed friction control, depending on how the accessories that compose it are mounted. The reel comes assembled with the automatic release system, with which it does not fully release, maintaining a slight friction on the halyard. To change the brake system, it is enough to remove the stainless steel washer and the O-ring, leaving only the brake handle against the spool. Thus each user can adjust the reel according to their preferences.
