Description
The base is made of 2.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel sheet and we have eliminated the welds, reinforcing the entire assembly. The Moplem plastic spool has a density of less than 1 g/cm3 to avoid excessive negative buoyancy and the rest of the parts are made of Delrin. The reel is fixed to the gun by two M5 stainless steel sheet screws. It has a capacity of approximately 100 meters of 1.5 mm line and the braking system allows automatic release or fixed friction control, depending on how the accessories that compose it are mounted. The reel is supplied assembled with the automatic release system, with which it does not release completely, maintaining a light friction on the halyard. To change the braking system, simply remove the stainless steel washer and the O-ring, leaving only the brake handle against the spool. In this way each user can adjust the reel according to their preferences.
